Total scam... A women called saying she worked for Community Assistance for Clark County. She was very deceptive to what she wanted. I couldn’t figure out if she was an attorney or a city worker. She started yelling at me saying I have a problem when I Mentioned I was working with Bank of America to complete my Short Sale and I was part of the HAFA program. I kept asking her questions and her name and she refused. She finally said her name is Mrs. Jones and she is the director for community assistance. Total lie. I didn’t disclose much info to her she got pissed and hung up the phone on me. This company is preying on people be warned.

A lady (I use this term loosely) contacted us from Valley Documents and would not ever give us her name. She said she was referred to us by our bank. We tried to get information from her as to which division or person referred her so we could verify and she refused to give it to us. She hung up on us twice because we were asking questions (we called her back). I think they must be a scam or she would be more forthcoming with information. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! She appears to be preying on people in foreclosure on their home.
