Upon calling this facility The Phone operator was not listening to what I wanted. She was not professional at all. In fact, I had to immediately call back, because she made uncorrect assumptions, and transferred me incorrectly.I was not impressed. thank you

Facility was nasty, smelly, most of the upper echelon were very rude!!!
