Vegas Valley Motors is the place to go. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle and the first questions they asked was what specs I wanted in a vehicle. Bob Jr was able to find me a car that was better than I expected. I'm now the prpud owner of a 2015 Dodge Dart SXT.

I had just gotten into an accident and needing a vehicle right away. Luckily, I knew an amazing person who happened to work at an AMAZING dealership!! I called Bob at Vegas Valley Motors that morning and literally that afternoon he called back with an approval, and a great interest rate for my credit rating (seeing how I don’t have the best of credit) on a reasonably priced vehicle. The down payment was completely reasonable compared to these so called other used car dealerships!! What a great experience. No hassle, straight forward and genuinely nice during the entire whole process. I love my new (used) vehicle! I couldn’t have chosen a safer or better vehicle for my family!! Thank you so much!!! working with Vegas valley motors made car shopping super easy. i was a first time car buyer and didn't have much knowledge but Grayson was great and very friendly, he helped me get the best deal as possible and didn't stop until he got something for me that i could afford. would definitely recommend to everyone as they are very family like and awesome to work with. thanks Vegas valley motors for all your great work. proud proud of a 2014 kia optima. wouldn't have done it without you guys !!

I have to share my story with everybody. So i was car hunting for several weeks got approved in another dealer for a car that I really wasn't feeling it, my stepdad send me an ad for this car that he found on craigslist, so im thinking craigslist ????? big red flag, so I ignore his suggestion but he keep on insisting to go see because the specials were extremely good. I decided to go and check out this vegas valley motors. First thing i saw very nice cars, space very clean, walked into the office and it was very clean, the girl in the front that i kept on forgetting her name even do she introduce herself is very polite and amazing customer service, then i get introduced to Ivan very nice guy and explained to me all the process, liked what i Saw and i applied in 5 minutes, very fast process, got approved but came back next day because i was in a hurry. I told Ivan my top 3 cars i liked and i said i was coming the next day to test drive. Next day I arrived with some bad news the top car i wanted he had discover a bad nice and didn't wanted me to tested, so i started thinking this is BS so regardless what he told me i test drove the car, which it was very good to me , he said he would send to see what was the problem because he didn't wanted to sale me a car that he didn't even know where was that noise coming from ( that right there caught my attention) usually dealerships start giving you excuses kind of saying is just a belt, or a screw blah blah blah so you can still get the car right at that moment but in this case i was surprised that he offered to take it to the dealership to see what was wrong with it and he told me if it something wrong that i know its going to cost a lot we gonna take the lost and not sale it at all because it didn't have that noise before. My Jaw drop, i was completely in shock, coming from my experience i got a car sold by a big dealership that had changed the carfax on me and sold me a total loss car. Next day obviously he said im sorry we have to look for another car, so i go back and look at all the new cars they brought which are 2014, 2013, 2012, im like this dealership is a very good one ,owner has a lot of potential, again i already felt like home and appreciated because of the way they were treating me i didn't feel like they were looking at me just with dollar signs in my face they were treating me as a person, that they care i didn't get screwed. while looking at the new cars, I met the owner Grayson, very nice down to earth guy , Ivan explained to him who i was and he start talking about the problem the car had and he straight told me, i am not selling you a car if i dont know how much would it cost me to fix because that would be a lost for me but not just that , is just because if it has a problem now six months down the road you have to fix something else then i would have not done my job correctly, then he goes , i believe in karma and is not on me to sale you something is giving me a problem now, i rather get you in something i know it will last you long then something i see it can give you a problem later, i want you to be happy and i care for customers, he said give me minute let me look at your deal again, so at this point my jaw dropped again (he was leaving but decided to stay to look at my deal and see what other car he can get me , something i wanted ). after we started talking about the problem i had with a car and a dealership before. My point is I really have never met a person that actually cares for somebody needs, specially on a dealership. Everyone is very professional,and im very happy to do business with vegas valley motors. I totally recommend this dealer, they are extremely professional and know you will walk away with good quality. Affordable prices and payment for everyone. Couldn't give more stars because it allows only 5.

Vegas Valley Motors is THE BEST car buying experience I ever had! I started by browsing the inventory of cars online and picked the car I was interested in(2010 Ford Fusion SE). I submitted a fast and easy finance application on their website and BOOM! They got back to me with a flexible down payment and monthly payment that fit my budget. The staff at vegas valley motors really treated me like family through the entire process. I was really impressed by the quality of cars on the lot. This is not like a typical preowned dealership of inventory where cars look sceptical and sales people pressure you. I really felt like I was being helped and not sold to. After my test drive I felt like I had a few options that might fit my needs. I've been to many car dealerships in my life, but always felt like let the games begin! NOT HERE! Everything was up front and honest! You can guarantee ANY car that leaves my driveway in the future will be from Vegas Valley Motors!I Was so happy to find this place. Special THANK YOU to Grayson, Crysyal and Ivan for treating me like family. I just wish I found Vegas Valley Motors years ago.

Got a great deal and great customer service

I recently moved to Las Vegas, and was in the market for a new (used) car. Since I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't know where I should go, my husband and I spent the day driving from dealership to dealership, until we found Vegas Valley Motors. The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful selection of cars they had on their lot, but after doing business with them, I realized what had truly set them apart from many other used car dealerships that I have been to, is their excellent customer service.

Grayson and Ryan were a pleasure to work with. They were both knowledgeable, kind and patient. I never got the feeling that I was being pressured and I left feeling 100% comfortable with my purchase. I am very happy to have come across this dealership, and will return in the future.

Love these guys and their customer service. I went in after a Mustang Gt, talked to Grayson and Ryan, and they immediately got working on my finance and paperwork. They worked really hard for me to get my financing, due to some problems with a previous car I had owned. I had gone to other dealers and they didn't even try after I was done telling them my situation. But at VVM they didn't even blink, they just said they would handle it, and so they did. Love you guys!! and if anyone reads this, stop by VVM and it will be the last place you go to buy a used car.

I found such an amazing deal on a car that I have wanted forever. Now I got a beautiful Mustang GT that shakes the earth when it starts up. I saw it on their lot and took a shot and went inside and talked to them about it. It turned out that they were able get me a great deal on my new Stang. I felt like family when I was there and the whole car buying experience was so easy. I'm trying to get my brother to trade his old ride to these guys.

I bought my 2006 Land Rover LR3 about a week ago and couldn't be any happier. Their building is clean and well kept, theirs cars are the cleanest I had seen out of all the places I visited in town. Ryan was informative, nice, and took time to explain my financing options. My car was fully serviced by Autonation and they gave me a free car fax. I couldn't be any happier.

What a great car buying experience. When I started talking to the salesmen at Vegas Valley Motors I realized this wasn't your typical car dealership. They listened to what I said and found the perfect car for me and didn't try to push me into something just to get a sale. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and even though my credit isn't that good they got me financed and my monthly payment is so great. I love my new 2006 BMW 3 series 330i, somehow they were able to find my favorite car and give me the best car buying experience ever. I have told my whole family about them and have even sent my friend down there and sure enough he got a wonderful deal as well. Thanks Vegas Valley Motors not only did you give me an awesome deal but you helped me out when nobody else would.

They got me into a car even though my credit stinks...I mean REALLY sinks! I was turned down by Tobin, Chapman, Friendly and Carmax but the guys at VVM got me in a car without any hassle. I came in at 2:00 and was on the road in my new ride by 3:00.



It may take ya a bit to find it but it's worth it. There was no salesman breathing down my neck and no "other guy"... the closer or whatever you call him...no dude talking down to me about my credit score.



These are just good folk. Grayson the owner is a stand up guy and everybody in the office remembers my name when I walk in the door. Even Tim, their mechanic, will stop what he's doing and chat for a bit. This is some real, down to earth customer service.



I probably won't be buying another car for a while but when I do I have every intention of returning to Vegas Valley Motors. They've got me for life.

I bought a 2005 Jaguar from Vegas Valley Motors and am extremely happy with the entire experience. From their no hassle sales approach, to their total transparency of letting me take the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection performed by my personal mechanic. I paid cash and purchased a 36 month extended warranty, which my mechanic advised was in my best interest as Jaguars have a reputation of being costly to fix. The vehicle was in EXCELLANT condition inside and out. They have earned my business and I will contact them first when I decide to make another purchase. Hats off.

I have bought 2 cars from Vegas Valley Motors in the past year. I had a great experience both times. I sent a co worker who wanted to sell his car down there about two weeks ago. He called me afterwards and was shocked that they actually told him to sell his car on Craigslist, telling him he could probably get $1500 more that he was willing to sell it to them for. That weekend he did as they said and recieved $1300 more than he expected. I usaually don't write reviews, but have now had 3 great experiences with them and felt compelled after reading the two poor reviews. I question the validity of each author!!!! But after working in the hotel industry for 11 years I know that some people are rude and or ridiculous and unfortunately most people who have good experiences don't write reviews but the pains in the *ss who can't be satisfied have nothing better to do than b*tch and complain!!!!

They got us into cars with bad credit. Very nice people. They are a little slow with getting promised, minor cosmetic repairs done, but they did get them done. Overall a good experience with no BS like other dealers and the cars have been fine (had them a year now)

They deserve no stars! Don't trust these people! I was looking for a safe and reliable vehicle for my 16 year old daughter, and was told that is what I was buying. I was made to feel like I could trust these people and was given all sorts of assurances about how they would never put my daughter in a vehicle that wasn't in good condition. I have had all sorts of problems and a thousand dollars worth of repairs so far. They didn't even give the car an oil change. When I took it in the first time I was told the oil was like sludge. Everything is in very bad shape, and there is no way they didn't know that. The mechanic who last worked on it says it needs a couple grand more in repairs. Unless you are a mechanic and can give the car you're interested in a thorough inspection before you buy, stay clear of this place.
