me and my mother went in asking if they can make us a cake with a certain design . The day we ordered it they said they had no problem making the design. When we went to pick it up it was all bad . The colors were way off the font was way off and on top of everything all they did was print a picture and just put it on the cake . Which was not what we agreed Super lazy . Never again .

Very bad experience. Good cakes but the people there have the worst attitude ever especially the baker. Got a cake there the first time found two hairs inside the frosting and in the cake.went back and told them they didn't even say sorry they said it happens, thats disgusting! But I let it slide then I returned to get a cake when I got there, there was a Crack all the way down the cake and they didn't do anything about I told them I wanted my money back and said no! $70 down the drain.bad customer service!!

I had a wedding cake made here last minute. They were very helpful, the cake was beautiful and tasted perfect. Not only did it save the wedding day but the customer service and quality was more than I could have asked for!!!!
