I felt sorry for an employee that was still in training who I saw yesterday. A close friend of ours know her personality. She was let go on her second day there and it was horrible seeing her walk away with tears in her eyes. My girlfriend and I stopped her and just wanted to console her. We didn't ask questions and she didn't say anything either, but how can you fire someone still training. Did she do something wrong or not the way that you wanted her too? Because that's a whole bunch of BS especially since that's why you offer training to someone. They won't learn overnight, but with trial and error, that's how someone gets better at it. The management is a whole bunch of baloney... SMH. I don't ever want to shop there knowing they can disrespect their employees and the reason why they go through people like water.
