We are incredibly disappointed with our experience with Sign Lab. We own a small business & called around for prices on banners here in town & came across Sign Lab. I loved their website & spoke to the owner Adam & he seemed very nice. However, everything changed when we gave him our credit card number for a deposit & started working with him. We gave an idea of what we wanted (we already had our logo & basic setup from a previous banner) but he acted very impatient like we were wasting all of his time when we said we wanted the sizing a bit different & the colors were off. He was very irritable & extremely unpleasant to work with & when my husband picked up the large banner, they had blown up the small picture instead of resizing it so it was very blurry, boxy & pixelated. It also had a colored smudge in the white background. Who would ever represent their business with a logo that looked like that? Also, the thickness of the banner was MUCH thinner & less durable than our previous purchased banner from another place that went out of business.



When we spoke to Adam about our dissatisfaction, he flat out said, "You get what you pay for." I was flabbergasted! Never once did he say that it might cost more because of any reason, or tell us that it would look terrible if we wanted the original quoted price or he could make it better for a few extra dollars. We would have paid for a nice looking sign!!! Not only would I not want to represent my business with a horrible looking banner, but why would he want to have his business represented like that? Trust me, when people make a face & say "Where did you get that done?" I tell them Sign Lab. Hopefully Adam will consider the quality of work he puts out next time & not quote a price that he is apparently unhappy giving his service at.

Horrible customer service. They ignore your calls and emails, they miss deadlines and do not keep promises. Do NOT recommend
