This place is the worst place to take anyone or anything you love. I wouldn't trust my dog with these people. They took forever to get my Sister home to us, no one ever knew anything, they were not prompt or considerate that she still had to be shipped home to her loves ones, my mortuary had to follow-up to with the doctor to make sure he signed the death certificate...on top of all that they sent my Sister on her long journey home without covering her up, we were so devastated...We couldn't have open casket, as they had done such a horrible job with her...DON'T USE THIS FACILITY!

i would like to thank the staff of valley funeral home for all your support and caring tht you have giving our family in our time of need i went to two different funeral home and there major concern was money i was referred to mimi and that was the best thing for my family and i we had no insurance for my sister and thy wouldnt embalm her i went and talked tp mimi n she took care of us so grateful for you will spread the word of good caring people like urself and whomever put your business on blast is just miserable with themselves i luv you all and thanks for your support of pitting our family at peace
