I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan at Vacation Planning Company. I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jonathan helped my family plan an amazing trip to London, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his expertise and attention to detail.

As parents, we were looking for a trip that would not only be enjoyable for us but also catered to our daughter's interests. Our daughter is a huge fan of Paddington, and Jonathan surprised us by arranging a Paddington Bear in our room upon arrival. It was a small gesture, but it made our daughter's day, and we were touched by the thoughtfulness.

Throughout the entire planning process, Jonathan was communicative, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our trip was tailored to our preferences. He provided us with suggestions on the best places to stay, eat, and visit while in London, and even arranged for private tours for our family.

During our trip, everything went smoothly, and we had an unforgettable time exploring the city. We were able to visit all of the iconic landmarks and attractions that we had on our list, and the private tours that Jonathan arranged were a highlight of our trip.

I was about to book my family trip online ... I am glad I called. The personal service I received was excellent ... my family had an awesome trip - and we ended up saving a few hundred. No question I would recommend Jonathan and his team.

I was about to book a surprise trip for my anniversary online. Then I said to myself, "maybe that is not a good idea - what if something happens? What if we have flight problems, or get stranded in Mexico? Or need to speak with someone after I book it?" So, I called Vacation Planning Company and we talked price - turns out I was informed the hotel I was about to book on Expedia had very bad reviews. The agent gave me a few better properties, and the prices were the same! They even got me round-trip transportation to the airport during the trip. The agent ALSO gave me a direct email address and cell number in case anything happened during the trip. Well, as life goes, our return flight had issues - I text the agent and they helped get us on a new flight. Worked out great - HIGHLY recommend using an agent. I would have paid a premium for what they did.

I called Vacation Planning Company for help with an All-Inclusive trip I was planning with my kids to Cancun. Jonathan and his staff helped me pick out the perfect property - we loved it so much ... My husband and I enjoyed plenty of pre-included drinks, entertainment, relaxing, and some great dining. Our kids loved the kid's club - we felt safe leaving them for some alone time, plus so many activities for them. We will be booking another week very soon.

Excellent assistance in planning and booking an all-inclusive vacation to Mexico or the Caribbean. Also, they do Hawaii.
