When sending a parcel with tracking number be sure to double check whether the correct City, State, and Zip code has been entered. Their clerk made a mistake on a parcel I sent last 09/04/2014 which was intended for Gardner, KS but instead a wrong city, state and zip code was entered. The parcel to date has been going around in circles from PA, MA, KS, MI then back again to PA in a continous loop. I went back to this postal service and the lady with the Russian accent was RUDE, UN HELPFUL and DISMISSIVE. Totally denying any responsibility even if it was one of their employee who made the mistake of entering a wrong info on the tracking number. Better send your parcel else where and save you the headache later.

Normally when I go to post office I expect to spend 15 minutes of my time!! But not this Post Office. There is nobody there. Sometimes like 1 or 2 people. Very convenient and good costumer service.
