THE WORST CARPET CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD

I JUST MOVED INTO A NEW APARTMENT AND IT STILL SMELLED LIKE PET URINE AND HAD LARGE DARK STAIN THROUGHOUT, AFTER THEY HAD CLEANED IT BEFORE I MOVED IN. THEN THEY CAME BACK OUT TO CLEAN IT AGAIN, THE NEXT DAY THE DARK STAINS WERE BACK. THEY CAME OUT A THIRD TIME AND THIS TIME WHEN IT DRIED THE STAINS WERE LIGHTER BUT STILL THERE AND NOW I HAD A WHITE POWDERY SUBSTANCE ALL OVER THE FLOOR
