There is total incompetence at this facility, at all levels. It would take a book to tell what they've done to make life a lot more unpleasant in Las Vegas. The latest is that without informing me of a credit card issue with automatic PO Box renewal, they arbitrarily sent back to sender 3 weeks of mail, including medical, utility, social security checks,etc. without first informing me that the credit card previously used was changed as a result of a new card being issued with the chip. All they needed to do was drop a note in my box to check at counter. And, to make it worse, they informed the senders that the PO Box had been closed for lack of payment.

This is the number you are looking for if you are trying to reach the U.S.P.S the rest are drug stores (note the 800#)
