I dealt with Jeremy at Ultimate Sports Cards after I discovered a card they sold to me might be a fake. It was a cash sale through the store. It came back from Beckett Grading as 'questionable'. I contacted Jeremy and he said there was little he could do without a receipt. I offered to send the card back for his inspection and a range of other options. He did not accept any of them and insisted a receipt was needed. I thought this insistence was fair enough and after much searching I found the receipt and sent a copy to him. He then ignored numerous messages and emails (including receipted facebook messages). When I indicated I would post negative reviews and gave him a final opportunity to stand by what he had sold me, he was rude and ungracious. I firmly believe you should stand behind what you sell. I will not deal with Ultimate Sports Cards again and urge others not to.

The selection is vast and the prices are excellent plus the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I stopped in the freemont street location while on a recent trip to vegas. The guys working in the store the day we were there were just arrogant and rude. Prices are absolutely out of line. I am an avid collector and they price their merchandise for the tourist crowd.

FAKE AUTOGRAPHED MICHAEL JORDAN MEMORABILIA Fake Autographed Michael Jordan Framed Jersey Fake Autographed Michael Jordan Cereal Box Fake Autographed Michael Jordan 8x10 Framed Picture TOTAL VALUE $1400 I bought three autographed Michael Jordan items from Ultimate Sports Cards in 2009. Ultimate certified that they were real. They sold them to me with an Ultimate Sports Cards certificate authenticity and did give me a receipt for my purchases. I then decided to sell them in October of 2012 and in doing so was told that all three autographed items ( Jersey - Cereal Box and Picture Frame ) were fake. I then sent them to the publicly traded company PSA/DNA the leader in sports autograph authentication. They did not pass the items. In fact they told me that they were obvious forgeries. They gave me letters stating that that each item had 8 or more problems with the autograph. The letters clearly state that these items are fake. In speaking to the owner in light of this information he did not offer to give me a full refund nor would he provide me with a receipt. I am writing this complaint in hopes that this scam does not happen to anymore innocent buyers.

Service was poor to say the least, I called and had few questions and was told " I don't have time to sit on the phone and answer questions" we were on the phone for less than three minute's at that time. He didn't offer to call me or suggest a time to call back. I will say this Jeremy the owner was not the person on the phone, The rude person's name was Shawn or Sean, He wouldn't give the correct spelling, that alone should let ya know how they work..

I have visited Ultimate Sports cards on several occaisions and find their knowledge of collectibles and sports memorabelia second to none in Las Vegas. The store features many types of collectibles and their selection has memorabelia for just about any team or sports fan.

This shop has a lot of Sports Memorabilia. The people are friendly and they know their sports. They have auction throughout the year and they are fun.

Not too many LCS in las vegas.Was so happy to find this one, its right down the street from my work! Has a great selection. I recently participated in myvery first card auction and had a blast. Can't wait for the next one.

Earlier this year my collection was stolen. I asked the owner if he had seen any of items. He said no. I went to his shop and even though my cards were on display in his cases, he denied it. He told me that those cards were not mine. When the police found the suspects they confessed that they sold my collection to Ultimate. This shop owner has no morals. After talking to other collectors I found out that the owner is infamous for shady dealings. Beware and stay away from this store

When I first moved to Vegas, I looked all around to find a good sports memorabilia shop. After visiting all of them I've decided Ultimate is the only one for me. The prices are very fair and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I especially like their auctions and my whole family attends them every time (even my wife that isn't a sports fan). I collect baseball memorabilia and they have plenty, they carry just about every sport

This is the only place in Vegas I buy my cards & collectibles from. I first went in to sell some signed baseballs since I lost my job. I received what I considered a great offer and was impressed with the staff's knowledge. Now that I am employeed again I've been hooked on cards and my sports collection is growing once again. In my opinion they have the best selection and good prices and even though its across town for me, its worth the drive. It's also cool since I just saw the shop shown on an episode of Pawn Stars!
