I ordered some Safe Racks overhead garage racks from this company. Installer showed up promptly on time, discussed the most opportune place for our racks, installed them perfectly (it was about 200 degrees that day), covered the warranty with me, and even moved some hanging fluorescent light fixtures that were in the way. Please, trust me. The Ultimate Garage is a first-class operation from the first call. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again or give them my highest recommendation (which I rarely give). 5-Star products, installation, and customer service. (And they are very busy. It's not like they are sitting around waiting for the phone to ring).
