Ok

It's an ok place, very nice looking from the outside, but the inside itsn't that great. I agree with an earlier review; the employees don't seem to caring and don't smile much.
The only good thing going for it, is it just off the strip if you wanted to walk there.

resort fee , ass whole front desk personel

well it looks very nice. I booked on line. Its not the attendants fault i didnt read the agreement. I GAVE him the $280 cash deposit and he informed me dont loose my reciept. This flamer twitched his neck so much i thought i was getting dissy. Nothing was his fault. This is a resort he repeated. All resorts charge deposits , I would know if I stayed in one ever. I think he was thinking of the motel in TJ. They wanted a deposit. Oh, I should book straight threw them and we wouldnt have these problems. I knew it was gonna suck bringing my things in, he told another customer park anywhere you can find a place. This resort has security gaurds that double to help you with your cloths. Um , no. where is the bellman. We sent them home cause its slow. What an experience. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! He gave me a paper cut slamming a paper down and ordering me to sign.
I really hope things get better for him😟😡😩😢😤😘

Fantastic place, great location off but near the strip

This place is VERY convenient to the "happenin'" part if the strip, the cost was VERY low ($32 a night), there's 600 sq ft in each regular room, the casino stAff is very attentive & nice, the pizza @ the cafe is TO DIE FOR, cool & hip pool area, food is great!!

I will DEFINATELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER, & I have already recommended it to friends & family... & I hVen't even checked out yet!!

So-So; Big Room; Nice Landscape; Cleaner Side of Town

First of all, this hotel is definitely located on one of the nicer parts of Las Vegas. My husband and I walked around in the morning to get breakfast & it seemed really safe. The hotel consisted of several buildings, which were a little hard to navigate. The buildings looked nice from the outside, the pool looked clean, and the landscaping was decent. Parking was convenient to our room.

There were some bad things though. Whoever designed the hotel was clearly inexperienced and just shoved things wherever they would fit. There was only one elevator per building. Our room was allllll the way at the other end of the hall. The elevator is inside what appears to be an old closet. The beds were small for two people (only full size), but they were soft & comfortable. The room was huge! The bathroom had a tub (without a shower curtain) a walk-in shower, a nice long counter, and the toilet was in a small room with a separate door. The shower didn't have shelves for shampoo, shaving cream, face wash, etc. However, the 2nd day we were there, I got out of the shower and noticed bloody fingerprints on the back of the bathroom door frame.... I was scared after that.

The food was EXPENSIVE. The only available Internet cost $13.99 a day and was dirt slow.

Wedding Chapel

Their wedding chapel was AMAZING! It was everything I dreamed of. Their employees (Cristina, Dominique & Ivory) were professional & thought of a lot of things I never did which prevented disaster! Price was decent, everything flowed wonderfully. Photography quality was phenomenal, was only upset that he (David) never got just my parents & I and my husband w/ his parents. There was only "all the parents & us" picture. :( Make sure you ask for what you want. It never occurred to me, everything goes by so quickly!
