I just recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to find an apartment. My daughter had used Triumph to find her an apartment so she gave me their number and I called them. From the first conversation I knew I had found the perfect company. They were very professional and seem to understand exactly what I wanted. I flew into town to look at a few properties. They spent the whole day with me showing me various areas. By the end of the day I had found the perfect home in a great area in my price range thanks to Triumph. I recommend them highly!

I am now going on 3 years as a tenant of Triumph Property Management Company. I have nothing but great things to speak of regarding this company. They take great care of their tenants and the properties they manage. All work/repair orders I submit are responded to in a timely manner. I love being able to have my rent taken out of my account every month so I'll never forget to mail a check. I've worked with Tierra and Cynthia and their responses to me are always prompt and courteous. Working with a property management company makes life so much easier when it comes to repairs and general rental issues. I came across this company when looking for a home to upgrade from my small apartment. I found a beautiful home in my price range. However, someone else ended up with the home. Tierra was able to forward my application to another property that was bigger but still in my price range. This process was the easiest I have ever been through. Normally, I get a struggle with other property managements and with this one it wasn't a hassel. They are a little hard to get in touch with (hence the 4 stars) but they were able to get me into a home on timely manner. Everyone there were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely, a company you should go to!

Property management said we would have need a double deposit to get the house we want. That was not stated when we put in our application and said majority of the houses will need one. Wouldn't have put in an application if we knew that. The house we want wasn't even ready to view. She stated at first that there was broken glass and had to reschedule the appointment to come view it. The next day it was still there not even cleaned up. There was even trash with shampoo and Gatorade bottles, and plus she stated the carpet needs shampooing. Online says it's available for move in NOW and from what we seen it's clearly not. Asking for a double deposit when the house is in that condition is unacceptable. Seems as I'f they need double deposit so they can clean the house up.

be careful with tierra. she will try to screw you. so always have a real state agent to help you better so she wont hold your deposit.

Triumph property management has been great. Working with them has been easy. They we're prompt in answering my questions and took the time it find out information and explaining it to me.

They suck! No professionalism what so ever. From the online repair request (only M-F during business hours) which they then claim they did not receive to the horrible customer service. Please spend your money elsewhere! No one here cares! I had to hire a lawyer to deal with these people! No one here has a clue!

I switched 4 rental properties to Triumph last October when my previous management company failed to handle the HOA fees properly. It has been the best experience I ever had since. All staff in Triumph are very responsive and polite. They have dedicated departments handling issues in each area such as Accounting, HOA, Maintanence, etc. They are so professional and productive. Whever I send them questions or issues in emails, they get back to me with answers and solutions right away. All the statements are well organized with details. As a landlord, I no longer need to get involved with the tenants. They take care of everything very well so I can have a peaceful mind. I am very satisfied with the work quality Triumph has offered. I've lived in one of Kami's properties now for a couple years, I can say that when I have a problem he takes care of it. If I have a question he answers it. I couldn't ask for more in a property manager!

I had dealt with other Property management companies and they were not as good as Triumph. They have been with me for over a year now and I have really enjoyed their services.
