Ive been renting through Triumph Property Management for two years now. I typically correspond with Tierra, the Leasing/HOA Director with Triumph. Throughout the two years I’ve had the pleasure of working through a few issues (on my part) with Tierra. I genuinely express it being a pleasure since, regardless of the issue, Tierra has always been both professional and understanding. She has always been respectful, regardless of the situation, and has been very competent and reliable when it comes to communicating and working towards a resolution. With the struggles within the economy right now and the way inflation is starting to take off. I really didn’t feel it was necessary for myself to stay within the rent category I’m currently in. I seriously considered moving to find cheaper rent elsewhere, although, if you’ve rented before, one understands that just like an incomparable neighborhood, a mediocre or bad landlord or property manager can make living within any home or location a nightmare. I feel I lucked out with this group, so I opted to stay. Thank you again Triumph, for employing caring professionals such as Tierra.

Triumph Property Management has been a good company managing our two properties since 7 years ago. Corinne Samiento has done an excellent job for us on repairs. She notifies us of tenants repair request on time, and she follows up with us on time . She is very respectful and really knows her job. We really enjoy working with Corrine.

I have 2 properties in Las Vegas and this is the 5th years with Triumph Property Management .They are fast, honest, friendly and competent.Their professionalism and customers care was superb.I am very pleased with Triumph Property Management.They are excellent services.Thank you Triumph Property Management.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I will also be reporting their business practices to the BBB as well as any other place I can. I am going to make it my life work to expose dirtbags like these people. I was with them over 1 1/2 yrs at the same location. A real dive but I travel so much I just didnt have the time to move. They want to drag out time so you pay more months. All I say is look at all the real reviews on Yelp. They are all crap. They even put down the business was closed on the Yelp site because they were bombarded with bad reviews. Then you move out and they pick friends to paint walls and clean carpets. Charging over 1000 dollars to paint a few walls. Don't take my word for it. Just do a websearch and look at all the reviews from several sites. If you do business with these guys you will regret it

I want to start off by saying that the house and actual owner of the property are both very nice. As far as the property management company that manages the home called Triumph: nothing but hassles, excuses and poor business ethics. We were left without heat for three full days without any response from the company as to when it will be fixed, how it will be fixed or by whom. A string of phone calls that go to answering services that never are returned and then emails and messages to the company that also follow suit. Everything seems to be fine with this company until you have an issue and then its all down hill in trying to get anything fixed. If you look at the online ratings on the internet you will see that we are far from the only ones having major problems. I consider this an Emergency situation but I guess that would be if our house were on fire and then we would just call the professionals. Don't waste your time with this company unless you are handy enough to fix everything in your house.

Be careful when putting down a security deposit with this company they won't give it back!!! Even if you have prof that ever thing they are trying to get you for was in your initial walk through. I went there today to see what was going on Karla the front desk lady was extremely rude she didn't even want to look at the video or pictures that I had from my walk through. So now I am having to go to small claims court to get my security deposit back. Don't let them take advantage of you. They are taking advantage of Veterans.

TERRIBLE!! Went months without seeing a check or a statement. More fees than you can imagine. Made up repairs. Dishonest in every way. Stay far away from this company, you will loose money! They don't even deserve one star!

Me and a roommate applied for a house. We had just got back from a deployment to Afghanistan and told them we need a place to stay. We were approved. We simply needed time to gather the deposit. Less than 24 hours had passed from when we were approved then give them the deposit they rented the house right out from under us. No call, no email no text. We came to deliver the deposit: then they tell us they had rented it out. DO NOT USE TRIUMPH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! They are a bunch of greedy creetians.

I just moved to Vegas from the East Coast and was able to find a great rental home quickly thanks to Triumph Property Management.



Tierra was so friendly and was able to show me homes which were close to my job so I wouldn't have to commute more than 20 minutes to work every day.



I also appreciate the fact that Tierra listened to my requests and was able to find me a rental home with a pool so I can really enjoy the Las Vegas lifestyle.

I've had the opportunity to rent apartments and homes from Triumph Property Management for over 8 yrs. and I've been 'completely satisfied'. I'm still currently a tenant and I can say that the office personnel and maintenance are friendly and courteous, in regards to assisting you with a comfortable and well maintained home to reside and responding to your maintenance requests or concerns, as well. I just want to express my gratitude for your efficient and friendly services. We were in a pickle trying to find a home to lease at the last minute, and I am so thankful we found you. As soon as I called to have a showing of a house, Hermanell responded quickly. I was able to meet her within a few hours and there she showed me how to apply for the home as I loved it immediately. She was very kind and professional as well as friendlyFrom there I applied online for the home that evening and contacted Triumph to notify them. I spoke with Ana. She was very sweet and helpful. She explained to me the normal processes and gave hope that we could get the house. I faxed the rest of the paperwork they needed that night. I called the next morning and spoke with Tierra, who was also very sweet and professional. She understood our time constraint and started working our application immediately. She called and offered the house to lease soon that morning. We have ABSOLUTELY LOVED living here, and thank the staff for their thoughtfulness and understanding. I feel so lucky to have found you all.I also would like to mention Dennys the maintenance girl. She is extremely nice and caring. She is quick with her work and goes the extra mile to complete the job.

I feel like I lucked out with choosing Triumph to help find a place. Originally I was disappointed b/c the place my family wanted got taken before our applications were finished, but I worked with Tierra and she placed my family within 3 days. It wasn’t the place I wanted because of upgrades but Tierra worked with the property owners to help get the walls painted and my family is more than satisfied. I am very happy with my family’s new home and thank the reps at Triumph for their help and consistency. I would recommend this company for others in the area.
