I showed up 15 minutes early because it was my first time visiting this dentist and I wanted to have ample of time to fill out the paper work. I waited patiently at first but as I watched the clock, two hours had passed since I turned in my paperwork. In that time I kept asking the assistant at the desk how long this was going to take and she replied 15 mins each time. It seemed as if the staff was very disorganized and the nurses that were actually at the desk were still in school and did not know what they were doing. In addition, they didn't even know how to input my insurance information. Not a good sign at all. Finally I told them that if I wasn't seen promptly after another 15 minutes passed that I was going to leave. They finally called me back and took my xrays and put me in a chair. Then again I waited 20-30 more minutes. Finally I got my teeth cleaned (which didn't seem all that great, wasn't any different from what my sonic care brush does everyday for me) and the doctor finally saw me. He said I have some "imperfections" in my teeth that needed to be fixed but failed to tell me anything else. Now I know from previous dentist appointments with other doctors that I have gingivitis and this doctor never mentioned anything about it. Also, it has been almost a year and my wisdom teeth are impacted and are shifting my teeth. From the xrays they could have seen that my wisdom teeth were going to be coming in and failed to tell me anything. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone and tell them all to avoid this office like the plague unless you want to wait forever and have a lack of information that could be very important. HOWEVER, I did find a great dentist that has been a tremendous help and took care of me right away. His staff and everything about this office has been amazing. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. If your looking for a great dentist look up Ton Lee.

When I call the lady the answer the phone I believe her name was Stella, she answer every question that I have with a lot of knowledge and show a lot of concern. I would go back plus when I meet her and the staff it was even better. They make you feel home. The dentist was really funny and patient. Plus their prices are reasonable. I will go back for my 6 months recall Im not scare of the dentist any more.
