I've seen these guys here and there. Their drapes are in good condition, but they lack on skills,customer service and professionalism. For the most part, the installers don't seem to know a lot about true stage hand work and lack basic industry knowledge (basic stuff like downstage-upstage, batten tie, etc). Also for some strange reason the crew is always on their phones and reek of pot. Would not doubt it that these guys show up high or get high during the set ups.Overall, the management is very much lacking with this company. I'm giving one star only because their gear looks new and well kept (could be that is never used, who knows)
