the leasing office is actually not open 24 hours! When you call it has a voice automated message and it says the office opens at 9 a.m, but doesn't say when the office closes. Like for real, I'm mad worried about my family members (kids) and it says I will be connected to an on-call operator... It rings 32 times every time then hangs up on you. F pieces of ****. I already went to all 3 locations but if nobody is there to tell me if they are there what am I suppose to do? I don't want anything to happen to the kids. Knock on wood. Any One have any suggestions please?

This place is disgusting! BED BUGS! I have bites all over me and can see them live on the bed! I have poor health and this is not a good thing! Mgmt. won't help me out and won't give me a refund so I can go somewhere safe and reasonable. This is such an easy thing for them to take care of and avoid! They don't appear to care! I CARE! No Stars and I have stayed in cheaper places that were cleaner! I would hate to see what their other locations are like!
