its ok my hair came out ok but i had to go back for touch up since there were tiger stripes all through my hair. i felt for the money i spent i could have gone to a posh salon in summerlin after walking out and buying shampoo conditioner and a deep conditioner plus my cut and my full hi-light i paid $290 leaving a tip too and that was on top of the groupon I bought too.

Good luck trying to call and get ahold of someone and if you leave a message im sure you wont get a call back. I thought i would give them a second chance for a touch up but after not getting a call back for 4 days again.... (this happened twice before and I had to call over and over) I wont be going back in. Hire some one new on the front desk! Their accuse 2 months ago was they were hiring someone new but I called both locations and it was the same thing. bummer that they cant answer the phones cause they just lost some $$ I cant imagine they are sooo busy in this economy that they don't need clients on their books... TOO BAD
