When I first went into this office, I was not happy that I had to pawn the title of my recently owned car. However, once I was sitting in there chair and the entire office welcomed me with a HUGE smile, explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, I left a extremely HAPPY CUSTOMER! Every month that I pay off my loan, they welcome me by name, they feel like an extended part of my family. I have given presents, compliments, and I would never tell anyone not to get a loan there. It has been an AWESOME experience, and I plan on getting another loan! It's so easy and laid back with them! If I'm going to be late on a payment, they just ask when I can make it, it's just that easy. I love my Titlemax!
