Problem on our trip

Vehicle was taken into shop right away, very satisfied with service. Had a balance weight fall off during a trip, called and the 4 wheels were rebalanced, no questions asked. Very happy with my decision to purchase tires from Tire Works...Thank You

Fraudlent

I won a free oil change at Tire Works. I showed up to redeem the card and was told I had to make an appointment. I made one for the following day and showed up on time. I was advised that the card only covered 5 qts. and my car takes 6, no problem. I was then told that with the cost of the filter which the card states is covered, my total cost for the free oil change would be $31. This is FRAUD. These people are LIARS.

Honest Tire Business.

I went into Tire Works in serious need for tires. I was approched by the store manager Shane. Shane was quick to greet me on my service needs. My two front tires were in bad need of replacement. Shane offered very knowledgable information and provide a free alignment check. I left Tire works with great sence of information and new tires and alignment.

This place SUCKS!!!!

Be prepared for an upsale. I went for a transmission flush and the price was written on the sign, I signed papers for that price an hour later they tell me a different price!! They wanted another $50 to finish the job!!! If you bring your car here be ready to pay more than expected. I will never go there again!!

Never go to Tire Works

Had them do some work involving my shocks. Even gave them written instructions on what to do. They didnt follow the step by step instructions and managed to completely wreck my suspension. Had it fixed by a dealer, and Tire Works promised to reimburse me. After 2 months of talking to some "manager" (who apparently kept getting transferred to various stores), they finally had the gall to tell me they never worked on my shocks because the reciept said "misc labor". Thier corporate office is an exercise in futility. They pulled the "Im sorry, I cant hear you, are you there?" then hang up trick to not deal with irate customers. They are liars who hire incompetent mechanics.

Car buying made easy.

I agree that people need a "expert" when going car shopping today. As an auto buyers agent my fee is diclosed upfront, rather than leaving the client to wonder "how much she's making on me". The dealers have taken out their old bag of dirty tricks, bait 'n switch and fake rebates to make every penny on the few shoppers in the showrooms. That's why an Auto Buyers Agent makes so much sense. The savings in time and aggravation alone, are worht the fee, not to mention that most agents wille asily pay for themselves in savings on the price, fees or other dealer add-ons or mark-ups.
