I take my two grand kids to Tinker Town and they love it!! The youngest is 11 months and all of the staff show him so much love! We especially love Miss Chasity in itsy bitsy. My 7 yr old also loves all of her teachers and when she doesn't attend they all ask about her. I feel carefree when I leave the kids there.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!! When I was signing my daughter in for drop-in care a staff was leaving and yelled at 2 child and yelled "let's go". I wrote specific notes to give my 5 month old "BREASTMILK ONLY!" When her father picked her up she was only in her diapers covered in cheetos! Anyone who knows anything about children should know that It is a severe choking hazard to give a 5 month old cheetos! There were about 10 other kids all just sitting in their cribs. There was only walking space. The room was extremely crammed and no room for the children to lay, roll or play! It was dirty and hazerdous conditions!

Tinker town is neglectful and dangerous. My daughter was enrolled there for 1 month and I had many issues and 1 major that caused me to remove my child and worry for the health of the rest of the children.

They gave my 3 month old a different child's prescription steroid respirator treatment. I have never given them any prescription medication to give to my daughter. They also had tried to send me home with the respirator and medication and insisted it was mine. I imediately unenrolled my baby from that facility. They also misspelled her name on everything even after being repeatedly told different. Most of the employees act unprofessional and I've heard them complain of being underpaid. They are a direct representation of the management of the company. Sherry Overby is the owner of the company and gave a false review on google. If you have any problems with this company do the right thing and contact the nevada health and human services child care liscencing department and report them before they hurt someone's child.

My child went to this place over 8 years ago. the place was always dirty and he was always getting sick. often getting fevers to a point of having seizure once. i pulled him from here and put him in another better day care. now.. 8 years later i find on my credit report a collection that i never recieved any letter or statement for 95 dollars.. when i want to ask about it and try to settle it they then said i owe them another 400 dollars for missed days and late charges. they will extort your money from you..DO NOT USE THEM.

My baby has been going to.tinkertown since 1year old...I use to like it ,but.now that shes 4 seems like they are hiring more and more horrible teachers...the only person I get excited.to see is a teacher named brittani...my kid is so comfortable around her...tinkertown needs to hire more teachers like ms.brittani......they also need to hire more teachers per class..have teachers who arent lazy..who can clean a babys face when they have boogers running down there face....I swear that place be looking like a shelter....

FOR THE SAFETY AND CARE OF YOUR KIDS DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

On a recent incident they had 'special guest' come to the school and the kids were crowding around the guest, and others were taken outside, so when I when to pick my child early there where at least 25+ kids to one teacher and she seemed to be focused on only one child while the others were throwing the chips of wood over the fence and at each other. This is not the first time I have seen the older kids room over crowed. Once I saw this older, my guess about 8, girl push a my guess about 5 year old boy down and he hit his head and no staff member came to help even after his loud screams. Some teachers were great, however most of them seem like they don't give a crap. The good ones seemed over worked and the other seem nice and relaxed just hanging out on the counter. Unfortunaly one of the good ones ms. gail, she is a really nice one, seems so over worked and stressed out and her assistant who is just standing there she might as well be picking her nose! At least then she would be productive! Also ms. toya seems to have too many kids for just one teacher. When I finally pulled my kids out he was asking for her for weeks! I have seen lots of turnover in the year and change I used them. Some good teachers were ‘let go’, or hopefully found a better place to work. I’m sure they are getting minimum wage, which explains the low quality of a good portion of the teachers. So it is basically the lack of training, staff, and organization. All in all this school seems to be a cluster of chaos. The only why I can see it being fix is to replace the owner!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. I enrolled my 3 year old son into tinker town and he started on a monday. His first day, i walked in while a 4-5 year old girl had a chair over my childs head hitting him. On tuesday my child has a knot the size of a half dollar that was bloody on his forehead. I asked the teachers what happened and they couldnt even tell me, They told me they would ask the teachers if they seen anything. I asked my child what happen and he told me a kid hit him in the head with a toy. When i finally got the report it said a boy was hitting kids which made no sense due to the fact my child was bleeding. On thursday i get a call while at work saying my childs temperature reached 108 and it had been that way for a couple of hours. I was pissed the fact that they waited to call and tell me there was a problem with my child. After all he hasnt been that sick in years. So friday comes along and he goes back to school feeling perfectly fine. They call me 3 hours later saying my child is sick. I go to pick my child up and he is laying on the floor with his blanket on him. He wasnt laying on anything at all not even the sheet i sent him with. My son lasted 5 days at that facility and that was the worse childcare experience i have ever dealt with. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO ANY OF THE TINKER TOWNS. They have no real educators, and way too much children in one class with no teacher assistants.

Parents Please Beware

This is the worst place to enroll your children. I can write a book on how this place operates, literally. This center is a night mare for children and their parents. If you care about your children, please don't enroll them at any Tinker Town location.
