Plan to wait a very long time and expect to be treated like cattle. After waiting 45 minutes, I hadn't yet been called up for my co-pay; When I asked the front desk if there was a problem, I was basically told to sit and wait. After about an hour, I walked out. I would rather spend my hard earned money at a place that treats it's patients with respect. Had there been some emergency, I would have felt differently. This place was just overbooked with front desk workers who could care less about the patient.

For many years i have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Dunn & Dr. John Baldouf, to inform you that these professional team have been very kind and very helpful, always going out of there way to help me. They speak spanish with the seniors that do not speak english like me. I want to extend my good recommendation because when people like me, seniors who don't speak english fluently feel very well when helped by Dr. Thomas Dunn Dr. John Baldouf, Helen Brito, and Bertha Ayala helped.

We resantly need his expertise in a matter that my husband had broke his foot. He took him in, did the surgery. Would call him right after his surgery to see how he was doing. Just a great doctor. And thats hard to come by
