Theives. Don't do business with them. Very unprofessional. Had my bike for 1.5 months. Ran when it went in. Not when it came out. They had replaced a bent valve?... said a screw was in the head. They chiseled my sidecase and leaks oil now. They swapped clutch lever, lost one of my plastic sidecovers, took all the gas out of my tank. Everytime I went in there they had the same junkpile of bikes. Bad, bad, bad

My husbands BMW K1200 broke down 5 miles out Vegas, on a SUNDAY, MIke got us a tow driver to get it to him on MONDAY, FIXED IT SAME DAY!!! I love this shop and the honesty and intergrity and helping a FREAKED OUT wife that was over 900 miles away so her husband can make it to NEW ORLEANS for our 12 Anniversary...GOD BLESS MIKE and HIS CREW!!!!!

I rode out to Las Vegas, and my trusted steed, a 86' kawasaki voyager broke down, while I worked they went about fixing my bike, they seemed more than fair in their pricing,If you are looking for a smoke free atmosphere with salad greens, and bubbly, I would go somewhere else, if you are looking for guys with grease on them, and can work on any machine, and make it work again, this is the place, Mike and his guys are awesome, the quote they gave me was the final price.

As far as towing, I had my road service tow it, I'm sure that if I had used theirs they would have charged for it. Life is not free, and I expect to pay for a service.

Bottom line I would trust these guys with any of my bikes, by the way my bike runs better now than it did before!!!!

WOW! Let me tell you what happened; first thing is first. I have 97 Kawas Ninja 250 cc. I saw the review here and called them they fixed it and bring the bike back to me charged me $50 for towing and $200 for wiring and stuff. The next day they bike died completely and they towed it charged me $25 for one way towing (2.5 miles) from my home charged me $100 for service and sent me back with the bike. The next day the bike's headlight was off no lights took it back again waited there for about 4 hours and the light barely got fixed. The next day the bike doesn't show any light completely dead, they towed it and told me there was fuse problem and charged me about $60. The I rode back to home and picked up my notebook trying to ride it to school it turns on but getting weaker and weaker while running. All I noticed is the repair it for hoours and want me to go back them to give them my money. So rude service I have ever seen. Please if you wanna save your time and money as well, don't go here find another repair center that charges you reasonably.

They ROCK!

I laid down my husband's Honda Shadow, and heard about Those Guys. I called, and within 2 hours they had one of their mechanics come out to my house and do an estimate. It was a couple hundred less than the insurance companies estimate. While it was in there, they found some things that we didn't even know were wrong with it, and fixed it without bumping up the price. They threw in the oil change, got us fixed up and on the road FAST. While it was in, I had them do some upgrades, could NOT be happier! Rock solid, and they do not try to rip you off because you're a lady biker.
