My husband and I have been patients with Dr. Chen for over 11 years and he is our trusted knowledgeable and compassionate physician for as long as we will be here in Vegas. He always takes the time to listen and provide us with the care we may need a the moment. Staff is courteous and reliable to our needs .
Glad we found him, those many year ago.

Our family went to Dr Chen after another doctor we were seeing closed their practice without notice. We were concerned because we range from our late 40's to late 80;s. He's taken care of us for 5 years now, The entire staff is very courteous and Sandy in the office always has a joke for us. Dr, Chen has taken great care of us and spends time with all of us. They monitor all of us for serious problems, we always get a call from them to remind us it;s time for our tests and coordinated a visit with another office when we couldn;t get an appointment within 3 weeks to a specialist. Our entire family is very happy with Dr, Chen and thank god when you call you get a person right away instead of alot of press this or that. The office is decorated nicely as well, but what matters more to me is how nice both Dr Chen and his staff are. We appreciate it.

I have been a patient for a while of Dr. Chens and he put me on Oxycontin 40mg 3 times a day. Well I built a dependency on them and when I missed my appt to get my prescription refilled they refused to take me until the next appoitment, which was in 2 weeks. Well anyone know with out that medicene and youve been taking it for a long time and you stop- you will get sick. They then tell me to go to a quick care and proceed to hang up on my because thats all they can do. I go to quick care and they cant fill me prescription because they arent allowed to and refer me to the ER. I call Dr Chens office for a 2nd plea and they still refuse to see me till the next open appoitment time in 2 weeks. DR CHEN DISGUST me you are supposed to me my general doctor and you pull something like that. I have never ever missed or been late to an appoitment and your RUDE staff can also suck it.
