A published author and community-centric business leader, Denise N. Cook is the dynamic founder and President of THI Consulting. Prior to starting THI Consulting, Mrs. Cook worked in human resources for over 10 years, earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation, from the Human Resources Certification Institute, Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management, and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification. Denise graduated from her alma mater California, State University, Sacramento where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude. She later received her Master of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her expertise encompasses employee engagement, retention recruiting, terminations document creation, and HRIS administration. An engaging public speaker, Denise also speaks at conferences across the United States.
