They are the most helpful frie...

They are the most helpful friendliest girls ever! Crystal & Laura are a great team, I drive 10 miles out of my way to to go the their store. They are very honost and explain each type of shipping method available. I also want to comment on one of the posts I read on here. It's the gift card one. Did you know that the girls are video taped? And very honost!?! Also they ask what your sending so they can send it the safest and guaranteed way! Last year I know for a fact, the postal service FIRED their own employee's for stealing checks, gift cards, gifts etc....That's why the postal service is not doing so well. All the claims they have is horrible not to mention the customer service. Being an adult and using the mail service I know, sending through the mail is not the safest or guaranteed way. I have had thing lost and stolen and guess what....That wasn't at the UPS store, it was the main post office. UPS maybe a bit more costly but at least your given a tracking number, insurance and it's guaranteed. Crystal & Laura....keep being your free spirited, kind, and honost selves. It's very rare to see such young girls have the work ethics you two have. Sincerley your #1 customer. I really hope the owner of the store see's that you two are what makes the store successful. He has the best employee and manager that's ever worked at this location!!!!!

Unacceptable.

I mailed 3 Hallmark cards from this UPS store (Flamingo and Buffalo) in December 2010. Inside 2 of these cards I had placed gift cards to Applebees, sealed and taped them, and handed them directly to the employee at the UPS Store, and paid for them to be mailed. Only 1 of the envelopes reached its destination. A few weeks later when I discovered only 1 card had been delivered, I called Applebees and discovered that one of the gift cards had been used at an Applebees in Las Vegas 27 hours after I mailed it from the UPS store. When I spoke to the manager of the UPS Store where I mailed these cards, she swore that non of her employees had stolen anything and they were not responsible even though she remembers I was there. She said that UPS is not responsible for any mail that is lost or stolen and that it is the US postal service's fault. She also said she had 3 other customers complain about stolen mail but still, the UPS Store isn't responsible and wont compensate you for anything that is not delivered or stolen. They don't tell you this, or warn you when you are handing them mail. They only guarantee packages. I was told to fill out a police report. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Don't ever mail anything from UPS!!!!

Great service & on time

I called they were professional on the phone: explained process & price quoted was price paid when finished. They were clean while doing the job and I know becouse I had this done from two other companies in the last five years living here. They were by far the most reasonably priced and professional.

Great Job

I needed to call someone in a hurry to clean out my air ducts, and vent by the dryer.I called this company and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. I felt I was offered a reasonable rate. Mike came and did a great job and I would highly recommend them. The gentleman on the phone was very professional and pleasant.Thank you again guys, Bridget Franklin

I think at times this UPS Store could use better customer service. There is a young female in the store that can have an attitude. Plus the older skinny woman who has an attitude and is quite quick with the customers.The young girl gets me in and out in a timely manor but the older woman sometimes doesn't even acknowledge me when I first walk in.

The manager does a great job, when I had an issue she was there to help me out and worked with me from start to finish. So I just want to say thank you to the employees at that loaction. And hopefully the customer service will get a little bit better.
