Provided by YP.comWELL TO START OFF THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION. THIS UPS STORE IS OPERATED UNDER A MAIL BOX ETC WHICH I WAS UN AWARE OF. I INCURED A 10 DOLLAR UP CHARGE TO SHIP A 15 POUND PACKAGE MEASURING 10"x10"x10'' FROM LAS VEGAS NV TO NOBLESVILLE IN. THE UNEDUACATED MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER COULD NOT EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THIS IS AND NEVER GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER. SO THE NEXT DAY I WENT BACK UP THERE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER AND THE LADY TOLD ME THIS INFORMATION. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAIN.
