Very rude, horrible customer service. Kept me on hold forever. Will never do business with them, EVER!!

I come to this place many times and so far i did not experience any problem. The people works here are very patience and helpful just let them do their job and things will be quicker or if some is not so patience i suggests go to a regular post office.

I shipped some fragile items from this location for my business and they were received on time and in perfect condition. The UPS Store bubble wrapped the items for me at minimum cost and the staff (Eveyln) was very friendly. I would ship packages from here again. Thank you.

I tried for 20 minutes to enter upsstore.com/survey and no results just a lot of other allegeded surveys. Are you for real?

when i go to the website on my receit i can't find any UPS survey, just alot of other surveys. Is this just another scam?

Today I had an order to come to my house by mistake. And to keep from being charged for it I had to move quickly,to print and fax forms back along with the product. I called my son he said " mom take it to the UPS store and they will help you. So I went and Oh my God they were friendly, and knew exactly what I needed to fill out and send back, it took 11 minutes. My blood pressure went back down. I made my call to the other company and everything was done precisely. THANK YOU UPS! Then I found out they can perform a lot of things I had been running around town tryng to find someone else to do. When all I had to do was go to UPS. Duh! Sirander Sanford,NC
