I stopped by yesterday 04/19/2010 as I needed few color copies and a Notary signature for my 70 years old Mom.

I asked the guy to help me with the copies of her Passports I told him I needed 4 copies he said that each will cost $0.50 and I said fine, he messed up with the copies and ended up making 8 for which he wanted to charge me I told him that I asked for 4 only he offered a compromise for me to pay for 5 I insisted on 4 as one of the "good" copy of the 4 was also messed up so finally he caved in.

The Notary lady was rude and impatient, My 70 year old Mom was signing her letter slowly and that provoked a dirty look by this Notary "Lady"...

I was about to explode but didn't want to make a scene infromt of my elderly parents.

I will never use this store again and would hesitate approaching any UPS Store in the future.

THERE IS NO BETTER GIFT BASKET BUSINESS IN THE LAS VEGAS AREA.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER FIVE YEARS AND THEY CONTINUE TO

EXCEED OUR EXPECTATIONS EVERY SINGLE TIME...
