We stayed here from May to Aug, we didn't have any other options. Our place smelled like cigarettes & marijuana ALL DAY. We'd kept our door open to air out our room and that still didn't help! We finally checked out on Aug 13 and I turned in 2 sets of keys and checked us out with a lady who said her name was CANDACE. I asked CANDACE if there are any fees left to clear, she went thru our paperwork and said, there wasn't anything left. We originally applied for renters assistance and I knew we had 5 days that needed to be paid, I thought the assistance program was approved since nothing was due. 1 month later I get a call from a collection agency claiming we have a past due payment of $528.64 because there was $298 due to the place and late fees. According to the collection agent, the notes claim I never checked out or turned in any keys and they do not have a CANDACE that works there! I personally walked in the office on Aug 13th and checked us out AND turned in 2 sets of keys to a white woman with glasses who said her name was CANDACE (I wrote her name down). ACCTCORP collection agency advised only DEBBIE can make adjustments to what's due. But I can't seem to get DEBBIE on the line, instead I spoke with STEPHANIE who was no help AT ALL. In the middle of our conversation, she hangs up the phone. Lady if you cannot deal with customers, get out of the hotel business! Now I'm told to call the corporate who can help with getting this issue resolved. What a waste of time. I called the corporate and no one answers, just an automated machine to leave a message.

We paid for month while waiting for housing at Nellis AFB. We ended up moving in 2 week. No refund! So, keep that in mind. There are drug deals & hookers. We didn't bother anyone & they didn't bother us. The pool closes from time to time. But, a cheap place for a short term stay... not a bad option. If you keep to yourself!

There are crack heads
And police here a lot but it's gotten nothing but better. If you chose the right side (office side) it's quiet and cheap. So you may have to deal with someone asking you for a smoke everytime you go outside but it's a great place to be if ya
Need to save money.

sure there was trouble with drugs,hookers and the misc stuff but things are much better here and the suites are working with the local police trying to make it better

I have not stayed at this hotel but I am a local resident who has received harrassing phone calls from the 4855 Boulder Highway location. Apparently all the room phones come from the main phone trunk line and there is no way to know which room called my home phone. I have reported this to the hotel and the police.
