I've never lived in the apartment before. I lost my house earlier this year and had to move. I looked at quite a few apartment complexes and as soon as I walked in to Pavilions, I felt at home. The leasing agent greeted me at the door and made me feel so welcome. I love my apartment. Only one hick up, I saw once a bug in my apartment and mentioned this to leasing staff. I was told that I can be put on a bug spray list weekly, if I need it. Bugman came and sprayed and no bugs since. Now this was 4 month's ago. Did I mention free dinner every month!!

Don't live here!! The place ha...

Don't live here!! The place has gone down hill. It is poorly constructed so as time goes by it will only get worse! The electrical construction is concerning on a safety level. It pops and cracks when turning on light switch. The doors and windows are poorly insulated. You will end up having to pay a fortune! 1 bedroom cost me almost $200 a month for several months in summer. The management is rude and unhelpful. All they care about is getting a person suckered into a lease. The original staff that worked here was much nicer, but has since left. It only makes sense. This place is declining fast. I wouldn't want to work for them and I certainly don't want to live here. We are a laid back military couple and have tolerated a lot of crap, but it is not worth it anymore. The place is overpriced. There was a fire in the apartment across the hall and after that they require you to have $100,000 in insurance coverage. I have coverage for my own property, but essentially they want you to insure there shoddy apartment. That's right you will be liable for fire or water damage that happens to apartment. I think this is nuts and only adds to rent cost. They never spray for bugs. Told me they would once and never did. I have never seen a pest professional on the grounds once, and there definitely needs to be. Don't live here stay away!!!!

Beware

I lived at this property for a short time. I would never live there again nor would I advise anyone else to. I was quoted the wrong move in price, regardless of the staffs mistake the complex would not honor it only days later. I moved in anyways thinking that for the price it was still extremely nice. Upon move in, the apartment was dirty. The toilets had urine on them, the bathtubs had not been cleaned, the counter tops had drink rings on them, and the carpet which had just been installed had not been vacuumed, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. In the three months that my husband and I were there, someone attempted to brake into our apartment, but was unsuccessful thankfully since we were home at the time and began to turn on lights and make noise. There was an almost inch gap under the front door which we had to shove a towel in to keep our ac and heat in, and rain out. The windows violently rattled when the wind blew, and our electricity bills were through the roof due to the poor construction of the building. There were also huge wall length cracks in all of the walls. We are now being charged for the dent in the refrigerator door which we notified the apartment about. The manager, while she seems nice, is anything but. During my conversation with her in which I contested the dent, she insulted me and incised that I was just being difficult. I am now having to pay for the previous tenants damage. My husband is military, we have lived all over the world, all over the United States, and of all the apartment complexes that we have ever lived in, this was the by far the worst. The staff is less then honest, they lie, they cover for each other, and they treat their tenants poorly...only after they move out. I would not advise anyone to live at this property, the management and staff alone are enough to keep out any descent honest tenants.
