Do not rent from this apartment complex. Hector and Debbie in the office are crooks. They nickle and dime you to death and try to go back on your account months later and make up fees you owe to get more money from you. They will not refund your deposit. Was a model tenant, never late on our rent...and even though the law states you only have to give a 30 day notice to vacant, this apartment required 60 and they will force you to pay even if you vacant the property. They charged me $125 to clean carpets when I paid a $200 pet deposit plus $25 month rent and had the carpets professionally cleaned upon move out. I left the apartment in immaculate condition and they made up fees to keep my deposit. STAY AWAY. You will regret renting from this place and the office people are terrible to work with.

The leasing agent named lisa is the worst at customer service. She was rude not only to me but to my mother as well. On top of that the maintenance system is Completely screwed up. They will show up to your apartment and let themselves in. claiming you put a work order in. even though you didn't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. i will never live here again.

Generally when you are buying anything at a premium rate, you pay the costs because you expect premium service but NO, not here. I am a business professional and the management here treats everyone like criminals and will nickel and dime you any way they can. The leasing agent Lisa even waited for me to sign the lease before telling me renters insurance was required and a key to the dinky gym was $25. A very small issue so why try and hide it you may ask? Shady business and desperation to close the deal at all costs with no concern about their customers except to sign so you're stuck. Then when you try to complain, they threaten to evict you and to ruin your credit. They claim they are luxurious but are too cheap to even have a credit card machine so a busy professional can conveniently pay their bill. They do not care about your time and they handle everyone coming in with suspicious eyes because so many situations have gotten out of hand from their unprofessional handling. I have NEVER in my life wrote a bad review about anyone until now. If I can keep one person from renting here at the exorbant price they charge especially in Las Vegas. I will be happy. Thank God I bought a house and I can get away from these people at paramount. And by the way, my mortgage cost with taxes/insurance/and HOA is cheaper then the rent at this place. Lastly, just to show how awful the management is here and because renters bail out of here so quick. They will try and stick you with a 60 day notice before you can move out. Test them and see what they do without you saying anything. You'll see the character of these people that work there and don't be fooled by any good reviews if any exist. All the people in the office live in the complex and they write their own reviews. I'm really disgusted. I also need to add one last thing. If you move in, which I pray that you do not but if you do. Expect "inspections" once or twice a month from all sorts of people who schedule themselves to come in while you're at work. God only knows what they do in your home while you're not there.

I would not suggest to anyone to move to this property . The community has no weight restriction for pets. The person that lives above me weighs over 200 pounds and their pet is close to 100 pounds. My roomate and i have commented several times on the noise created by the condition and the paramount refuses to do any thing about it. We have been woken from a sound sleep numurous times and the property manager was not concerned at all and acted like it really was not a big deal to be bothered by excessive noise during sleeping. Also the paramount allows dogs to run freely through out the property and they do not enforce the leash law clearly stated in their lease agreement. Also they allow people to consume alchohol and smoke cigarettes while in the the swimming pool and jaccuzi. Bottom line the company is asking for a premium rental rate in return for very low quality living conditions. Renting at the paramount has been a bad decision on my part and i can not wait to move out and I will never rent from this company again.
