Apartment was broken into in broad daylight and absolutely everything was stolen. Unfortunately as I was new grad and just recently moved here from the east coast, I didn’t have much in the way of funds to pay rent, buy a blow up, and other necessities to live , and get back and forth to work. So I came to the manager and asked for leniency until I get my first pay. I was evicted in less than 14 days. I understand that business is business, but I wasn’t a month late or anything. Really opened my eyes to the way business is run out West.

DO NOT MOVE IN! Had a break in last night. 2 apartments below me, 2 above me, 2 behind me, 2 by the corner and when the cops came I took a walk around the property, overall way more than 15 apartments broken into in ONE NIGHT! There is NO SECURITY whatsoever! The staff is rude and unfriendly, they did not help with this at all, the manager was not on property this morning when I wanted to talk about the break in.

DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS! They're so close to the freeway so the robbers have a quick getaway.

I went to visit another apartments today because I want to move out as soon as possible and an office lady told me that when she used to work at the Palladium there were break ins all the time and even a murder!

Had I know this before I would have NEVER moved in. This place is HORRIBLE! The walls are thin and everything could be heard. Last night during the robbery I though my neighbors were moving out.
