I have a lot of family and friends in town and not only do I love flowers but I love to send them the ivy house flowers arrangments are not your usually pick up a bouquet from the market type of flowers. Every Order over the past 4 years that I have placed I have recieved nothing but compliments from my family and friends. They love them!!! My husband knows I love to order my flowers there so recently on my birthday he sent me flowers to my work from the ivy and all of my co-workers loved them! I think what makes this place so unique is that they use healthy flowers with all kinds of different types of greenery after my birthday flowers wilted (2 weeks later) I was able to pull out the flowers and kept the greenery for another week. The service is superb as well my son had prom last year and of course at the last minute we forgot the corsages etc... We stopped into the flower shop by my house and 2 others and they were pretty much like there is no way were so behind- I called the ivy and they said no problem it will be ready in an hour!!!! They saved the day! The owner is professional and understands my needs not to mention how classy the shop is! Stop in and check it out you won't be dissapointed I assure you! ;)

I flew into Vegas from Orange County to get married WoooHooo!!!!. My parents eloped to Vegas 35 years ago so I am following in their footsteps. I am 32 and this is my first wedding. I used to be a florist so I did a lot of research online and I felt like this florist was the best when I compared to the other floral shops in town. I placed a very specific order for different bunches of white flowers (Hydrangea, Freesia, Garden Roses, Calla Lilies and some unusual greenery). I also ordered a White Calla Lilly Boutonniere for my groom. They informed me that they were going to the flower market the next day and would look for all of the flowers I wanted. After placing the order, I called back and asked them to delete JUST the bunch of calla lilies from my order. The order that I placed was close to $200. I was planning on spending a lot of $$$. I was going to arrange my bridal bouquet myself since I used to be a florist.



I took a taxi straight from the airport to the florist and it ended up costing me $93 (roundtrip). When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any of the flowers I had special ordered. The only thing they prepared was the Calla Lillly Boutonnière. I was so sad. I don't cry very easily and I ended up crying because I felt like my special day was ruined. To make up for their mistake, the owner offered me 10% off any of the flowers in the shop. What a joke! Unfortunately, the flowers that were on display were unattractive, bruised and the wrong color so I could not use them in my bouquet. I could not believe that I had spent $93 on a taxi trip only to discover that the flowers that I had special ordered were not available. I didn’t have time to get flowers from any other florist because I had to get to my wedding so I got married without flowers. Since the florist had screwed up my order and they did not have any other flowers I liked, I asked the owner to compensate me for the $93 taxi fare. The owner did not even acknowledge that I had made the request.



The customer service at this flower shop is extremely poor. I do not recommend this florist to anyone for any occasion. You will only be disappointed. You may even cry.

I order flowers from the Ivy House on a regular basis. Jamie's work is beyond what words can describe! Her flowers are absolutely beautiful and very distinctive. Last October she did all the flowers for my Mother-in-Law's funeral and each arrangement was unique in it's own way and simply gorgeous. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. There is not a flower shop in this Valley that even comes close to the Ivy House & Garden Florist!
