Actually she’s all wrong the reason is he is the only guy working there as the store owner he is very busy. And makes a lot of phone calls, the reason it went straight to voicemail is because not that he didn’t want to speak with you but because he was on the phone with other callers including buying parts, dealing with customers who actually come into the store, etc. He does a great job with the cars he receives and I would take my car to him and his company any day. He didn’t have time to speak with you because he was busy not because he was being rude. If you want your car done for a good price and in a fast amount of time, you’ll come to him. He takes care of customers cars just as much as he takes care of his customers. I have a very pleasant visit and it make it quick and easy. No waiting, THERE WAS NO “RUDE” PHONE CALLS, Sorry America for those of us who must be waited on hand and foot to receive “EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE” and have everyone up their *** 24/7. Bottom line here is, You want something done you get it done by the best people, This place being one of them.

I called to inquire about some information. It seemed that the guy I spoke to didn't want or have time to talk to me so he simply hung up the phone. When I called back, the call automatically went to voice mail. I thought we were accidently disconnected, however, it is obvious to me that he simply did not want to take my call. It is sad that a man isn't man enough to say, "I'm sorry I do not have the time right now to speak to you" instead he had to find "the easy way out" and just hand up. The only reason they have a 1 star rating from me, is because I wanted to post this review. Otherwise, would I want to conduct business with someone like that? I think not, and no one else should either. No one deserves that rude of treatment. Think twice before you go to these guys!
