NO INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!! NO VALUE for clients time, I've seen great work in the past, however I've spent around $$$5000$$$$ in the last few months here and I'm sad to say I won' be back. They charge 103.50/hr Labor if i charged that rate my repair should have been free. I was contacted at 10 am, to let me know my car was ready I enquired about getting picked up, "yes i will have the driver call you when he returns." 6 HOURS later, Come on!!! At 4PM I call back to ask about getting picked up? oops i guess driver was busy. come on!! Driver comes within 10 mins of my return call, I get picked up only to be on a milk run out to Mountains edge for 45mins Im driving around with the driver and now other clients. When i arrive at the shop Im offer excuse's and a bill. Sorry TONY BAD BUSINESS!! I don't care about $$$ BUT NO INTEGRITY = BAD BUSINESS don't lie to me and and make excuses to your customers.

My car overheated so I called AAA & the tow truck driver recommended Tony at The Car Works. Tony & staff are Awesome! Jennifer Rocks!They showed me everything wrong with my car. Very comfortable! I recommend The Car Works to everyone!

This auto shop has incompetent mechanics or they are they are not very honest. Our vehicle overheated on the way to Las Vegas and "The Car Works" mechanics claimed it was a broken head gasket and it was going to cost me $2,500.00. I had my vehicle towed back to Los Angeles and a mechanic found the issue within 5 minutes, and all it needed was a thermostat which cost me $150.00.

My California vehicle overheated just 30 miles outside of Las Vegas and could not be restarted. I called AAA & asked to be towed to a AAA approved repair facility and was taken to The Car Works. "Tony", the owner, personally looked at my minivan and performed a quick test on the engine and was told that head gasket failed and/or possible cracked engine block had occurred. The bad news was that it would not be worth repairing for the age of the vehicle and gave me honest possibilities on what next to do. I was still in a state of shock and unable to think clearly or process what to do next.

Tony and his daughter were very helpful in arranging a rental car so I could continue on to check-in to my hotel and allowed me time to make arrangements to properly dispose or donate my inoperable vehicle. When I asked "How much do I owe you for your help?" Tony replied "No charge because I was a longtime AAA member (30+ years)"

Being from out of state and stranded, I could have been easily taken advantage from similar past experiences, so without reservation I would like to recommend this AAA approved repair shop for all your local or out of town automotive repair needs.
