Do not go here!! A family member took his truck to get fixed & they initially told him $800-$1100.. a couple days after said $2000!..which was fine until they took 3 WEEKS to do the repairs ONLY to pay out all his cash and the truck still isn't working..now they say he needs a new engine which he wanted to do in the first place, had they not inaccurately diagnosed and quoted the price, he would have gladly done that. He was cornered into letting them start the repairs since they told him since they started working on it, he owed them $500 labor already. so since he was already in it, he expected it all to be fixed.

What''s most upsetting is that everytime we called in the mechanic was "on a service call". Now they've paid over 2K, only to be in the same boat and broke now with no way to get to work because of these CROOKS!

He rented a pickup for over 2 weeks and they kept saying "it's almost done, but the mechanic is on a service call" ..so they cost him another $500 plus on that!

Really enjoyed every aspect about these guys. A buddy of mine from high school kept going on and and on about these guys until I finally took my car with no suspension there. Finally he wore me down and I went there. Boy am I glad I did. I went with my buddy, who hasn't been there in maybe 4 years, and the owner recognized him immediately and remembered exactly what car my friend brought in. Went over prices and how long repairs would take and it was literally half the price as the other two shops I asked earlier that week. Four years later I went back with a different car and, to my surprise, he instantly remembered me and the car I had brought in before. If I didn't live on the outskirts of town I would take my car there for my oil changes. Great honest guys here.

Two very honest and dependable men ran this business but left for a while and some very dishonest and creepy men took over and ran the place into the ground. The two original men have now returned and I can once again use The Car Doctor knowing I will be taken care of honestly. Kevin and Thomas are awesome. I hope they care build the business back up to where they had it when they left. I also hope that the idiots that tried to destroy the business have left this town to do no more harm.

Yesterday, my beloved 1987 VW Vanagon decided to get rid of all of her coolant all over the driveway! It happened at my home fortunately so I wasn't stranded. My insurance company suggested I call The Car Doctor. The dispatcher said it would be about 1 1/2 hours as they had several calls. "Jim" was there before the estimated time! He was very nice with a great sense of humor (that's very important to me!) He didn't mind me watching while he was working, and even explained and showed me where the problem was. I like to know as much about my vehicle as possible, and he was a willing teacher! The problem was only a hose and he was able to fix it quickly. There were a couple of minor things he noticed and he took care of those as well! My insurance company (State Farm) reimburses me for the cost of the service call and up to one hour of labor. Jim could have said he worked on my van for an hour, when it was only about 30 minutes, and I still wouldn't have been out any money post-reimbursement. He charged exactly what he worked, and made NO attempt to "up-sell" me as many businesses do. If that's not honesty, I don't know what is! After he left, I called the Owner, Carolyn, to let her know what a great Technician Jim is! Carolyn was also very nice and appreciative of my input and thanked me for taking the time to let her know how the service call went. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with The Car Doctor! As much as I hope I don't NEED to have service done, I know the only place I will call is The Car Doctor!

Jim from mobile repair came out to fix my Oldsmobile and after a long search for a hard to find part finally found it and he came out and installed it and everything works great. Thank You so much. BC
