Just some information for patients getting CPAP machines. They do not take Medicare so if you get one from them and turn 65, requiring to use Medicare, you have to get all the paper work together from the different agencies and Physican order to take to a new company. You may have to pay for the machne out of your pocket but no ones knows what really will happen. So look somewhere else if you are close to Medicare age.

I was exposed to extremely poor and unethical Management. Management is uneducated and if you’re non Mormon you can’t advance within THC. I’m forced to work overtime and it was okay at first now after 12 years it’s old. The company use to be Sierra Health Service and since United Health Group took over the company has been tainted. There is a lot of corruption at my location. Thing that are so morally wrong would never occur under Sierra Health Services. I’m wishing that I had done something else like going back to school. Now with my schedule I’m stuck with a dead end job and unable to do anything, because of how many hours I’m forced to work. Management always leaves on time and when it comes to you and your life you’re the problem. I have been hooping the Company would bring in new and more experienced management, but they haven’t. I tried to reach out to the companies CEO, but he doesn’t care about the little people.

Do not use this company. I am confined to my bed because of these people. The worst service ever. They don't care.

Imagine needing to refill your prescription, but for some reason no one cares... Ever prepay for medial supplies and they are never sent or available for pickup? How about calling to remind your pharmacy who you are and that you desperately need your supplies before you go out of town because they slacked off again and forgot to order them? Well look no further because this place will do all of that and more...! Customer service/ retention and accountability surely are at the bottom of their list of priorities. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!
