I had to sell my home in a short sale and was recommended to Mike Nelson at Tesoro to sell my home. He explained the whole process and did not try to force me to sell the property with him. I liked that so I offered him to sell my home. He was able to sell it in 1 day and got the bank to pay me $2,500 for moving expenses. He made the whole process very easy.
