It was nice to live here, but unfortunately an element of trash has moved in; inconsiderate and loud people in a complex that is supposedly designated to be quiet 24/7.



I'm over noisy neighbors here, and I hate being a bad neighbor but when I hear obnoxiosly loud exhausts from recreational vehicles which shouldn't even be driven on the property, don't have a plate and are probably uninsured, go off and on repeatedly and are so loud that I can't hear my t.v. over the sound with my doors closed, then the management isn't living up to my expectations of them to fix the problem, nor are they living up to the guidelines they set forth for themselves as management personnel. I'm dreading Springtime when I can and should, but won't open the windows.



I'm over this place. I mind my own business, but I shouldn't have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors who may or may not have been notified by the management company, nor deal with neighbors who signed leases accepting the guidelines of those leases and they're not following them. I follow my lease to the letter. Why should I have to put up with those who clearly and blatantly don't follow their lease, and further, don't care.



I'm seeking legal counsel to work on legally breaking the lease.



Evaluate if you really want to live here. It IS expensive but you're not getting what you pay for with the types of people who have moved in.
