Teminix's level of service in the Las Vegas region has deteriorated significantly. They hire inempt technicians who are either improperly trained or just plain inefficient.



My issue is that there their guarantee that "100% satisfaction or your money back — If you're not happy with our services, we will keep working until you are satisfied or we will credit or refund the cost of your last service" is COMPLETELY FALSE. My other issue is that the technician that was sent to my home has a fear of insects! How is someone like that hired?



They will not keep working until you are satisfied and will ignore you and still expect you to pay your bill whether you or happy or not. My home is overrun with insects and rodents and they have YET to resolve anything.



My advice: steer clear of the Las Vegas branch. They are not equipped to professionally handle pest control issues.

I have been with Terminix for several years now. I have discovered good things and bad things about my service.

The good being; when i experience a pest problem,i can call and they come out and take care of the issue as soon as possible. The bad being; I have to call them out several times to get rid of the pest problems.

I hate cockroaches and i would love a guarantee that i will never see them in or around my house. I do experience them in the summer months, though only a few, but a few is to many in my eyes.

Overall Terminix has been my answer to pest control.
