This location is close to my house. I tried the tofu teriyaki bowl this time around. Tofu takes on the flavor of what it is cooked with. This tells me that Teriyaki Madness does not cook their tofu with any food, it is seared by its self and added to the bowl. It tastes like nothing and has the texture of scrambled eggs. Not what I was expecting or wanting. I will not be ordering this again.
