2nd time I've taken our car there. Was told it would be done by a certain time only to have that time come and go and the car not even touched.
Poor poor follow though and Customer Service. The new Management and staff have surely dropped the ball in a big way.

Bought 2 tires at Ted Wien's Firestone 89129 this morning. ONLY because tire was flat, thus could not get to Discount tires. The "service" was...sad. They must stay in business only because of location. Offhanded, incomplete, just couldn't be arsed to give a care. With my prodding, got it done. They gave me every reason not to return. So, I won't.
