horrible greedy company. waste so much time with trivial things but 3 years in and i still dont get gate codes. gotta call and be on hold and add my name and info to the address every few months!!! now they told me to paint trim on house and i did and they want 800 cuz i didnt tell them i painted it!!!

Don't move to any housing complex that is managed by this company. After waiting for over 5 years to get my back yard repaired, I am now forced to sue them. They could care less. They are happy to take a huge amount of money from us every month for HOA dues but what do we get for them? Nothing!!! If my front yard looked like my back yard they would be on it in a heartbeat. In fact, they would never have let it get that way but because it is in the back yard and no one can see it, they don't give a crap. Oh well, off to Court we go. Oh, btw, my back yard is pretty much a dirt patch because they have not taken care of it properly, but its our fault!!

Taylor Management does not care at all. The landscape is horrible and when i treied to call, debbie kept cutting me off saying to email the other associate.

We need to as a community stand our ground. This place is literally falling apart.

Tapotia 2 needs to stand ground.

Time for new managment
