Starting last week, I had to get some things done with T-Mobile. The people on the phone referred me to a local store for some support. I went in, and Elizabeth, the manager, helped me within 3 minutes. My issue took some time, and even though it was busy, she took her time and helped me solve my issue. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and actually a nice person to deal with. She did not fumble around with my issue, she knew what to do immediately. In minimum time I was out of there with my problem solved. I had to go back a few times for related issues; each issue I presented to her was solved quickly, and there were no recurrences. Excellent person to deal with!
