Don't west your money here

Don't west your money in this clinic they scammed me.
I emailed the business manager Deborah Martinez 2 weeks ago to report what happened at the clinec , but she didn't respond.
Here is my email to her, and how they scammed me:

Hello Deborah,

I left you 2 voicemails 6 days ago to schedule an appointment with you but I didn’t get any response from you.

The first reason for my email is to report one of your staff Ms. Chanel, and second is to tell you about what happened, so you can hear the true story from your customer's side.

• Chanel told me the deal is buy 2 Radiesse syringe for $1500, and get one free. Ms.Chanel stated “ each syringe has 2Cc”

I received the treatment and after my first treatment I called some clinics to ask them about the Ridiesse cost.
1- A****** A****** clinic deal is buy 1.5Cc one Radiesse syringe for $475, and for 2 syringe each one has 1.5Cc for $800.

2- C****** clinic deal is $550 for one Radiesse syringe 1.5Cc and after discount, it will be $500.

So I was wondering why Symmetry Medical spa clinic charging me $750 for each syringe?

I called your clinic to ask about the price.

Your receptionist Chanel, told me “we charged you $750 because it is 2Cc, and not 1.5Cc that’s why we charge $750 per syringe”

So based on my conversation on the phone with Chanel I confirm my second appointment. I called your clinic couple of time to make sure this is the deal.

I was happy with your deal, and I decide to buy an additional syringe for under my eyes on that day that’s why I asked your nurse to apply some extra numbing cream under my eyes as I was expecting to receive the additional 2cc that day.

Your receptionist Chanel gave me a really bad customer service experience that day, she wasvery rude to me and not honest. I am really mad and upset with your customer service, and the way how she was talking to me!

1- She kept changing the story in different ways.

2- I heard her talking about me at the back office, and she was saying the wrong story about me trying to make me out to look like a liar.

4- She wasn’t honest at all, very un-polite, and she was playing with the words to make me appear wrong!

5- She was sitting in the chair, and her legs were lifted up to the next chair, while she's talking to me, very causal and uninterest.

6-She was mocking my conversation and repeating what I said in an insulting way with her face features.

7- She was watching me and saying to me that is CRAZY.

8-She was holding her burger while she is talking to me at the front desk, and the food smell was everywhere in the waiting room by the front desk.

So I’m requesting to check out your security cameras, and phone record to watch and listen to my conversation with Chanel to find the truth. I’m really shocked with how I have been treated as a customer at your clinic. I went to many plastic surgery clinics in the world, Kuwait, Dubai, London, Lebanon, Bangkok, US and another clinic and I haven’t seen or had a bad experience ever before in my life except for this experience with Chanel. She was very rude, unprofessional, dramatic, and dishonest with me. I do not want to believe she is a respresentation of your clinic.

Scammed
