Not only is Melissa and Ms. Rita the sweetest people, but they know just about everything to do with pools and chemicals. Always friendly and helpful, I would recommend anyone who struggles with their pool chemicals or maintanence to contact them.

I bought an above ground pool and after looking at several different ones around town.I got a DoughBoy only sold here. Swim in Pool taught me everything I need to know about maintenance. I only use the quality chemicals they sell and follow their program and I have perfect pool water all summer. And its nice that they remember my name when ever I go into the store.

I've been dealing with Leslie's for years, bought my above ground pool from them.The store is only as good as the person working. Some have a great deal of knowledgesome are terrible and actually give you wrong information.. WHENEVER, I need something that Leslie's doesn't have, SWIM-IN had it, in stock and cheaper.No I don't like going Downtown for my supplies, since in live near St Rose and Eastern,but I also don't like not being able to get what I need, when I need it, at a good price. Leslie's constantly tries to up sell you with other product. That's never happened to me at SWIM-IN, keep up the good work. Don't let one bad review discourage your from buying at Swim-In. Just got off the phone, after being put on hold for over 5 minutes. Rita finally answered. I gave her a PN# for my replacement filter cartridge. She said it did her no good since it's a manufacturers PN# and didn't bother to help beyond that. I called Leslie's Pool Supply, yes, LESLIE'S POOL SUPPLY...did i mention LESLIE'S POOL SUPPLY. They had no problems finding the filter I need, in less than a minute, and w/superb customer service. I guess in these bad economic times, you guys are doing just fine, since getting new customers is no big deal to you. Downtown Las Vegas is not the best area in town....and you fit the bill. I'll be sure to let LESLIE'S POOL SUPPLY know about my experience.
