I have been getting my 2 cars serviced here for the past 3 years with no issues. Now I'm pissed by the way they treated me. I brought my car back because they tightened my oil drain plug too tight and I couldn't remove it. They refused to loosen it for me. They refused to take responsibility for it. They were patronizing me while they asked if I was turning the plug in the right direction. I heard them laughing after I walked out. The garage was open you idiots. I'm glad to see my situation entertains you. If this is how they treat a loyal customer of 3 years and 2 cars, screw them!

July 1st I went to big o tires, they told me that I had a lot of problem and that I need to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars to get it repaired. I did not have the money to spend. I had told my friend about my problems and she told me about Goodyear, I decided to go. I went to the goodyear located on fort apache right by Carl's JR. As I walked in I spoke to the Manager Bill and I told him what I was told of what needed to be fixed or replaced and he was very curious about how much needed to be done, so he himself took a look at my car and he found that the only thing wrong was I needed an oil change and new brakes . I was very upset to know that Big O Tires just wanted money out of me! I want to Thank you BILL ! For being an honest and trustworthy guy ! I will send everyone I know down there. You guys rock GOODYEAR !

I went to goodyear @9555 w. tropicana at about 2 minutes to 6:00 with a flat tire after being told by tireworks the tire was no good and it would be just under $200.00 per tire and that I needed all 4 tires. Bill the manager at Goodyear inspected my car and found there was nothing wrong with the other 3 tires and was able to repair the flat tire for $26.90. They stayed late and made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. WOW thats what I call customer service and honesty! I will go back for all my auto needs & highly recommend Goodyear. Great job guys !

I went to goodyear on w.tropicana with a brake problem, Bill the store manager and Albert his technician treated me like royalty. They took the time to show me exactly what the problem was, gave me price options, and showed me all the old parts they replaced. For the first time ever, I felt good about fixing my car because I knew they did it right and at a price I could afford. I finally found a trustworthy, honest & friendly repair shop. GREAT JOB!!
